Tilapia fillet with sauteed asperagus, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and wood ears. Cayenne pepper, cracked black pepper, sea salt and beer + grape seed oil were also involved (seemed right at the time while I was drinking the Shiner).

Braised lamb shanks

2 lamb shanks (~1.2 lbs.)

Basil Arugula

Ingredients:

2 bunches of arugula
1 tomato
1 cup of brown button mushrooms
2 cups of brown jasmine rice cooked however you like

Herbs and spices:

2 sprigs sweet basil (~13 leaves?)
3 cloves of garlic
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of salt

3 eggs (only two yellows)

4 cloves of garlic
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of salt
2.5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce

Roasted Eggplant Pasta

Cooking Time: 10min to prep; ~30m to cook (mostly unattended)

2 large tomatoes
a small bunch of Arugula
whole wheat pasta
