Sunday, the city closed down the street in front of the house for the annual capitol 10K race. Our landlord comes over early with his band, Little Green Bunnies, to play on our porch. He wrote a clause in our lease so that he could. 17,000 runners running in front of our house waved and danced to southern rock. We cheered them on with our beers raised high.

Maybe my knees will let me run it next year.
